What is AuxCRM?
AuxCRM is AuxPay's native sales revenue engine — one workspace where reps take a merchant from first contact through statement analysis, pricing, proposal, and handoff to boarding (AuxHUB). It replaces stitching together external CRMs, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools for the pre-boarding sales motion.
Reps spend time selling, not chasing data. Managers see pipeline truth. Finance keeps margin control. When a deal closes, merchant context flows into AuxVault — no re-keying.
End-to-end sales motion
Foundation & auth
“Secure, multi-tenant shell every rep and manager trusts — roles enforced, actions audited.”
Workspace isolation, JWT auth (dev login today), RBAC, audit logging, and admin tooling for users, custom fields, and templates.
What we built
- Multi-tenant workspace with role-based access
- Dev JWT login and session handling
- Admin: users, custom fields, product catalog, templates
- Settings: workspace branding, notification defaults, deal scoring rules
- Audit trail on sensitive changes
What we're building toward
- Production SSO / required auth
- Full permission matrix per role
Leads & CRM core
“Single system of record for pre-merchant relationships — no duplicate contacts, clear ownership.”
Capture leads from events, imports, and business card scan; dedupe and merge; route to the right rep; convert to accounts and contacts before a merchant exists in AuxVault.
What we built
- Lead list, detail, and duplicate review queue
- Business card scan → lead (OCR) with optional auto-start of account/contact/deal
- Geo/vertical routing, sales teams, capacity caps, assignment audit log
- Smart lists with filters and auto-enroll into sequences
- Accounts, contacts, locations, consent flags, activity timeline
What we're building toward
- Bulk import polish
- Stronger duplicate merge UX
Pipeline & deals
“Stage-gated pipeline where every deal has one mission-control workspace — context, next steps, and score in one place.”
Kanban and table views across 13 default stages. Stage gates block invalid moves (e.g. pricing before approved statement). Each deal page combines mission control, AI copilot, workflows, comms, tasks, pricing, and proposals.
What we built
- Pipeline board with stage gates, checklists, stage history, loss reasons
- Deal workspace: mission control, AI copilot, engagement tab, automations panel
- Deal scoring (hot / warm / cold) with configurable rules in Settings
- Deal score badges on pipeline and deal pages
- Processing snapshot and risk alerts when account is connected
What we're building toward
- Drag-and-drop board polish
- Custom stage admin UI
Statements (Epic 04–05)
“Merchant uploads a processing statement; the system extracts fees and volume with human review before anything is priced.”
Secure intake via upload links and deal packages. OCR extracts line items; reps reconcile fees in a review queue. Approval unlocks pricing — the financial evidence gate for the revenue engine.
What we built
- Statement packages per deal and public upload links
- Review queue, unreconciled filters, fee reconciliation
- Page thumbnails, reorder/split, evidence click-to-highlight
- Optional ClamAV virus scan (VIRUS_SCAN_ENGINE=clamav)
- Low-confidence flags and approval workflow
What we're building toward
- Production S3 + AWS Textract (mock in dev)
- Statement intelligence microservice split
- pdf.js render for page previews in prod
Pricing studio (Epic 06)
“Deterministic, auditable pricing — reps cannot accidentally quote below margin; managers approve exceptions.”
Eight program models tied to approved statement analysis. Internal economics stay hidden from reps. Scenarios compare side-by-side; stale badges warn when inputs change. CPQ line items sit on top of engine output.
What we built
- 8 program models (IC+, flat, blended, dual, cash discount, surcharge, etc.)
- Scenario compare, stale detection, manager approval for low margin
- CPQ line items editor on pricing detail
- Savings calculator and shareable savings stories
- Pricing intelligence benchmarks from won deals
- Agent quote — natural-language prompt → draft scenario
What we're building toward
- Golden-file regression tests
- Full CPQ catalog admin
Proposals (Epic 08–09)
“Branded, interactive proposals merchants view, choose options, and accept — with engagement analytics driving follow-up.”
Create proposals from approved pricing. Public viewer uses workspace branding. Reps see view/send/accept analytics and can run engagement playbooks that draft follow-up tasks and emails.
What we built
- Create, send, view, and accept flows with public token links
- Why Aux + implementation sections, scenario picker for merchant
- Team analytics and engagement playbooks on view / send / accept
- Workspace branding from Settings applied to viewer
What we're building toward
- Full flipbook / section editor polish
- E-sign integration
- Richer follow-up automation

Tasks & notifications
“Nothing falls through the cracks — every follow-up is visible, assignable, and linked to the deal.”
Open tasks per deal and rep. Notification center with deep links, snooze, and dismiss. Workflows and playbooks create tasks automatically when events fire.
What we built
- Task list filtered by deal, assignee, and status
- Notification center with snooze / dismiss
- Deep links into deals, proposals, and statements
- Tasks created by workflows and engagement playbooks

Executive & forecast
“Management sees pipeline truth — weighted forecast, rep performance, and risk without exporting to spreadsheets.”
Portfolio-level forecast categories, win rates, and loss/competitor widgets. Per-rep scorecards with proposal accept rates and pipeline volume for coaching conversations.
What we built
- Executive portfolio with weighted forecast
- Rep scorecard: win rate, forecast, proposal accept rate
- Command Center cards drill into filtered lists
- Loss reasons and competitor tracking roll up to executive views
Automation & intelligence
“Event-driven automation and AI assist — software handles the busywork; humans approve anything that moves money or sends comms.”
Workflows react to stage changes, pricing approval, proposal events, and more. AI copilots summarize deals and draft emails; they never silently approve pricing or send outside rules.
What we built
- 13+ workflow triggers with conditions, admin toggles, execution history
- Deal-level Automations panel on each opportunity
- Lead and deal AI copilots (summarize, next steps, draft email)
- Pricing intelligence from historical won deals
- Deal scoring rules with bulk rescore
What we're building toward
- AI daily brief on Command Center
- More playbook templates
Integrations & comms
“AuxCRM is the hub — native inbox and automation first; AuxCore systems mirror in, not master the data.”
Unified SMS/email/call inbox by contact. Outbound via Aux365 (mock in dev). Suite health panel shows connection readiness. Won deals hand off to AuxHUB; AuxPAY, gateway, and AuxPROTECT data surface on accounts and deals.
What we built
- Unified comms inbox (GHL-style threads by contact)
- Inbound exception queue for unmatched messages
- Native automation: smart list → sequence (no Salesforce dependency)
- Integrations panel: suite health, connection tests, webhook outbox
- AuxPAY / gateway / AuxPROTECT on accounts; critical risk alert routing
- AuxHUB handoff on close won
- Solutions catalog and recommendations on deals
What we're building toward
- Live Aux365 and AuxHUB keys in production
- Two-way HubSpot/GHL as optional partner sources only
Strategic positioning: Own the pre-boarding motion with pricing and statements built in — not bolted onto Salesforce. Margin protection via approval gates. Clean AuxHUB handoff when deals close.
